If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule and a $20 fee will be charged If you reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee If you no-show you will be charged a $50 no-show fee Same day appointment changes will require a 50% payment of what your appointment was supposed to be example: (if you’re booked for a 2 row move up and end up changing in the day of your appointment to a extension removal you will have to pay $50 of that move up price as well as the removal) All payments will be made though the card on file or through Venmo @hairxkaylamascaro I understand life happens and am more than willing to be flexible, please respect my time and understand that this is my job!
